How to cancel or reschedule
You can reschedule or cancel any visit through your Cleany account, by replying to your booking confirmation email, or by calling us at (212) 851-6134. We confirm every change in writing.
Recurring plans
Pause or cancel a recurring plan at any time with no penalty. Changes made more than 24 hours before your next scheduled visit take effect immediately.
Cleany cancellations
In the rare event we need to cancel (weather, illness, emergencies), we'll notify you as soon as possible, waive any fees, and apply a 15% credit to your next visit as an apology for the inconvenience.
Spotless Guarantee re-cleans
Re-clean visits scheduled under our Spotless Guarantee are always free and not subject to this cancellation policy.
