Events have moving parts. Caterers, florists, AV teams, and guests all create work that someone has to handle — discreetly, and on a tight timeline. That someone is us.

Pre-event: arrive to perfection

Day-of polish for the venue — floors buffed, restrooms refreshed, glassware spotted, and surfaces wiped one last time before doors open. We coordinate with caterers and florists to stay out of their way while we work.

During the event: invisible support

On-site attendants keep restrooms stocked and pristine, clear any spills the moment they happen, and quietly reset spaces between courses or program transitions. Black-tie uniform on request — guests will assume they work for the venue.

Post-event: ready for tomorrow

Same-night or next-morning teardown clean. Trash and recycling sorted, rentals consolidated for pickup, floors mopped, and the venue returned to a fresh state — often before the host has even gotten home.

What types of events do you cover?+

Weddings, corporate galas, fashion popups, gallery openings, brand activations, fundraisers, milestone birthdays — anywhere your guests deserve a flawless space.

How many attendants do we need?+

Rule of thumb: one attendant per 75 guests for restrooms-and-floor coverage. We'll quote based on your guest count, venue size, and event flow.

Do you work with venues we book directly?+

Yes. We're an outside vendor for most major NYC venues and have our COI on file with many already. Send us your venue and we'll confirm.

How far in advance should we book?+

4+ weeks for weekend evenings and peak season. We can sometimes accommodate 7-day notice — call us to check.
