Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service from Cleany NYC ("Cleany," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Cleany provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of each visit is defined by the package you book and the checklist provided. Add-on tasks may be requested in your account or directly with your housekeeper.

3. Booking & Payment

A valid payment method is required to confirm any booking. We charge the card on file the day service is rendered. Recurring bookings are charged after each visit. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Access & Safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. Working conditions must be safe — Cleany reserves the right to refuse or stop service in any environment our crew determines to be unsafe, infested, or biohazardous.

5. Spotless Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion when re-cleaning is not feasible.

6. Liability

Cleany maintains $5M general liability insurance and is bonded. Damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the visit. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.

7. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire or solicit any Cleany employee for cleaning services outside of the Cleany platform for a period of 24 months after your last visit. A referral fee of $2,500 applies to any breach.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
