Construction dust gets everywhere — inside vents, under appliances, on the tops of door frames you can't see. We do the rough clean, the fine clean, and the polish so your space is ready to occupy the day we leave.
3-stage cleaning protocol

Stage 1 is rough cleanup — debris removal, large dust extraction, and window film removal. Stage 2 is the detail clean — every surface, fixture, and cabinet interior. Stage 3 is the final polish right before walk-through. Most projects get all three; smaller renovations may only need stages 2 and 3.
Construction dust is finer than household dust and includes drywall, sawdust, and trace particulates that standard vacuums just blow back into the air. We use HEPA-filtered vacuums and air scrubbers to actually capture it.
We work directly with your GC, architect, or designer to time cleaning around final inspections, punch-list completion, and your move-in. Off-hours and weekend work available for occupied buildings.

We handle small debris (drywall scraps, packaging, dust). Large debris (lumber, appliances) stays with your GC's haul-away.
