How much does a Cleany cleaning cost?+
Pricing is based on the size of your space and the type of service. Standard recurring maid service starts at $129. Deep cleans, move-in/out, and post-construction are quoted by square footage. You'll see a transparent price before you book — no hidden fees.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?+
No. Our team brings everything: 100% plant-based eco-friendly products, microfiber cloths, vacuums, and mops. If you prefer we use your own supplies, just let us know in your booking notes.
Are Cleany cleaners insured and background-checked?+
Yes. Every Cleany professional is W-2 employed, fully insured ($5M liability coverage), bonded, and passes a background check plus an in-person interview before joining our team.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?+
For recurring service, yes — we assign you a primary housekeeper plus a backup who already knows your home, so consistency is maintained even if your primary is on vacation.
What is your Spotless Guarantee?+
If you're not 100% satisfied with any clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean any area at no charge. We stand behind every visit.
How do I pay?+
We charge the card on file the day of service. Tipping is never required — gratuity is included in your rate, and your cleaner is paid a living wage with benefits.
Can I reschedule or cancel a cleaning?+
Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel any cleaning up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. See our cancellation policy for details.

Do you offer commercial / office cleaning?+
Yes. We provide daily, weekly, and monthly packages for offices, retail, medical and other commercial spaces. Certificate of Insurance is provided on request.
